Through career counseling, coaching and personal sparring TRACK Management provides you with a realistic view of what you can expect, and what opportunities exist in the current job market. Based on your wishes, qualifications and ambitions, we assist you in the decision process in a potential job change or help motivate and professionally advise you to stay in your existing job and deal with the challenges inherent in the job.
TRACK Management offers career counseling to both executives, middle management and staff level. Career counseling can be a package deal in a longer course with several personal meetings, tests and follow-ups or just on an hourly basis over a one or two meetings.
